Every item is made to order with your design, so we can’t take returns for size or change of mind, but if we made a mistake, we make it right.
When we reprint or refund

To report a problem, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Please don’t wash or wear items you’re reporting. We may ask you to send them back, and we pay the return shipping.
What isn’t covered
- Sizing: check the size chart before ordering. Custom items can’t be exchanged for a different size.
- Typos, names, numbers or colors that match your approved proof or the design you submitted online
- Small color differences between your screen or mockup and the finished product
- Placement or size within the normal variance (about 1/2 inch, or 10% in size)
- Damage from washing or drying contrary to the care label
Cancellations
- Before we order your blanks (usually within 1 business day of your order): full refund.
- After blanks are ordered, before production starts: refund minus the cost of the blank garments and any setup or digitizing fees already done. You can keep the blanks if you like.
- Once production starts: the order can’t be canceled.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are refunded only when the error was ours.
Spirit Wear orders
Spirit Wear store items follow these same rules. Report any problem with a Spirit Wear order to us, not the supplier, and we will handle it.
