We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your information. This policy covers okieprintbarn.com and orders placed with V Anderson Designs, LLC, doing business as Okie Print Barn.

Card numbers go straight to Stripe. They never touch our servers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run the store, and only what each needs:
- Stripe: payment processing and fraud checks
- Zakeke: the online product designer, which stores the designs you create
- Our web host and Cloudflare: hosting the site and protecting it from attacks
- Our email delivery service: sending order and quote emails
- Shipping carriers: your name and address on the label
- Fulfill Engine (Stahls): Spirit Wear store orders only
- Google Analytics: anonymous statistics about visits and pages viewed
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect against fraud. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart, keep you signed in, run the designer and checkout, and protect against fraud. These are needed for the store to work. We also use Google Analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Your browser settings can block cookies, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.
Emails
We email you about your orders and quotes. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally 7 years. We keep uploaded artwork so you can reorder; ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] or call (405) 806-5391. We keep records we are legally required to retain.
Security and children
The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to customer data is limited to our staff. The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. Effective October 30, 2026.
