Terms of Service

By ordering from okieprintbarn.com or approving a quote, you agree to these terms. They cover online orders, quotes and custom work from V Anderson Designs, LLC, doing business as Okie Print Barn (“we”), Mustang, Oklahoma.

1. Your artwork

  • You confirm you own or have permission to use every logo, image, name and text you upload or ask us to print. That includes school, team and brand marks.
  • You agree to cover any claim, cost or damages that arise if artwork you supplied infringes someone else’s rights.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order we believe infringes a trademark or copyright, or that we find hateful, obscene or unlawful. If we cancel for this reason before production, we refund you in full.
  • You keep the rights to your artwork. You let us use it only to produce your order. We will not show your design in our marketing without your permission.

2. Designs, proofs and colors

  • Online mockups and proofs show placement and layout. They are not an exact match for final ink, thread or garment colors, which vary by screen, fabric and dye lot.
  • Print or embroidery placement may vary by up to about 1/2 inch, and size by about 10%, from the mockup.
  • For quote orders, we start production only after you approve the proof. Check spelling, names, numbers, sizes and quantities before approving; we are not responsible for errors in an approved proof.
  • Our art team may adjust uploaded files for print quality, such as cleaning edges or matching ink colors, without changing your design.

3. Pricing and decoration method

  • Online prices are calculated from the garment, quantity and design. Garment prices come from our suppliers and may change before you order.
  • For printed items, we choose the decoration method for you. It is screen printing or direct-to-film (DTF), whichever gives the better price for your quantity and colors. Designs over 6 colors and orders under 24 pieces are printed with DTF.
  • Screen-print prices assume the ink count we see in your design. Embroidery prices assume an estimated stitch count. If our art team finds the count is different, we contact you before production with the corrected price. You can accept it or cancel for a full refund.
  • Embroidery includes a one-time digitizing fee of $40 per design and has a 12-piece minimum per design.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days. Sales tax is added where required.

4. Payment

  • Online orders are paid in full at checkout. Quote orders are paid through the payment link we send, before production starts.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Production and shipping

  • Standard production is about 10 business days after payment and, for quote orders, proof approval. Rush options are available on request for an added fee.
  • Shipping is a flat $7.95 plus $2 per item, and free on orders over $150. Local pickup in Mustang is available on request.
  • Delivery dates from carriers are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Once a package is marked delivered, it is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Check the shipping address before you pay. Packages returned because of a wrong address are reshipped at your cost.

6. Liability

  • Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event, if an order is late or wrong. Your remedy is the reprint or refund described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Garments are sold as the manufacturer makes them. Follow the care label; we are not responsible for shrinkage or damage from washing or drying contrary to it.

7. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes go to the courts of Canadian County, Oklahoma.
  • We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
